Welcome January 2021 World Race Parents!

You are about to embark on a journey.  Your Racer chose the race, and God is using that choice to bring you into your own "race" while they are on the field. Parent ministry is here to help walk you through the process and to answer questions.  We communicate in a couple of ways. 

We'll be using this blog to post occasional announcements or information about the WR squads launching in January 2021. Rather than asking you to sign up for alerts when something posts to this World Race Parent blog, we've now added all parents to the "alert subscribers" list.  You can always unsubscribe - but we've had increasing problems with some of our emails going to spam/junk filters, and that doesn't seem to happen as often with blog alerts.  This will give us a more reliable communication tool, in addition to Facebook, which we can use when it is helpful to do so.

If you would like this to go to a different email address, there is no need to contact us.  Just "subscribe" on your own using your preferred email address.

In addition, we have a closed Facebook Group for parents, stepparents, and grandparents that you are encouraged to join for ongoing support, encouragement and information. This is our primary means of communication.  Parents find that having other parents who understand the feelings they are experiencing to be a valuable source of community. There are alumni parents as a part of the group to share their experiences as well.  The parent ministry team also chimes in to help to walk with you through this journey.  To request to join, type January 2021 WR Parents into your FB search window, click the Join Group button.  Please keep this to the parents, stepparents, and grandparents only - not siblings or friends of Racers.  The Facebook group is the primary way we will communicate with you throughout the Race.
